Lisa Goldstein, Associate Editor of the George Mason Law Review, recently received the second-place award in the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni’s Writing Competition. The award was based on her student Note, The Janus-Faced Supreme Court: The Decision in Janus Capital Group and Implications of the Court’s Third Look at Secondary Liability for Securities Fraud, 20 Geo. Mason L. Rev. 311 (2012). The Association will honor Lisa and the other winners at its annual dinner in February 2013. Congratulations, Lisa!
